Cancellation & Rescheduling
More than 48 hours notice
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance — no charge.
Within 48 hours
Cancellations made within 48 hours — the full fee applies.
If you are running late, we will have the remaining portion of the session. I am unable to extend sessions beyond the scheduled time.
If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment time and have not made contact, the session will be considered cancelled.
